Palma Group Companies was founded in 1994, its headquarter is situated in Switzerland (Fribourg) and in Ukraine (Odessa). Nowadays the group of companies has 23 affiliates in different regions of Ukraine and has taken a leading position in the field of distribution, logistics, marketing and project management.

22 years of success gave us a possibility to diversify our activity in various lines of operation achieving excellent results in promotion of products and services on the Ukrainian market. Our subdivision of Medpharcom was included to Top 400 of the most effective companies on the Ukrainian market. Palma Group Companies is one of 100 the biggest companies of Ukraine. Today we meet the requirements of more than 9000 customers. We do it everywhere they do shopping whether B2B, B2C, through the Internet or through their mobile devices. And this is only a beginning.
Ever since the foundation of Palma Group Companies in 1994 and opening of the first representative offices in Czech and Ukraine, we have made efforts to introduce qualitative changes to the business of our customers. Our business is a result of farsighted leadership of our management which, together with the committed employees, focuses on forming of added value of the company and on satisfaction of our customers’ needs. This tradition of our founders determines who we are and what we are doing today. For this purpose in 2005 it was founded Palma Group Management that manages all subsidiary companies of the group within the territory of Ukraine. The company determines the main activity areas of the operational companies, forms a policy regarding technologies of business processes.
History
What began from a small company for the last 22 years has grown up into one of the biggest group of companies in Ukraine. Today approximately 918 employees work every day in their strive to succeed in each of four main business lines of Palma Group Companies: distribution, logistics, marketing, project management. Since the beginning of 2016 the company has 350 vehicles and 40220 m2 its own warehouses of A class. Our history is a part of our unfailing commitment to creation of new opportunities and values for our customers.
